NIU

The NIU is one of our basic building blocks, like the Ah! MINI, it is a highly versatile module that works as an AHU office or “granny suite”, and extension or “add-on” element to an existing home or a standalone 1 bed room / 1 bath home. In combination it provides for a multitude of layout options for your home.

It comes in 20’, 32’, or 40’ lengths.

Area: 240 - 600 sq. ft.

(22.3 - 55 sq. m.)

Ceiling Height: 14’ max.
