Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Obtain and analyze quotes from subcontractors and vendors. Estimate project costs and present to upper management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including detailing, schedules, and specifications
- Assist with generating request for bid documents for the various project trades including writing specifications and work scopes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Utilize project management tools to track project tasks and milestones
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
- Work closely with all areas of our company to ensure we meet our goals and stay true to our mission
Must Have
- Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management
- Proficiency in using project management software and a willingness to learn new software
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Min. 7 years in management
- Computer proficiency with working knowledge of BIM software
- Strong knowledge of building systems and how to coordinate them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Building codes knowledge, practical application and review skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Process improvement methodology certification
- Knowledge of OS operating system desirable
