Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Obtain and analyze quotes from subcontractors and vendors. Estimate project costs and present to upper management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including detailing, schedules, and specifications
  • Assist with generating request for bid documents for the various project trades including writing specifications and work scopes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Utilize project management tools to track project tasks and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Work closely with all areas of our company to ensure we meet our goals and stay true to our mission

Must Have

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management
  • Proficiency in using project management software and a willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Min. 7 years in management
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of BIM software
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and how to coordinate them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Building codes knowledge, practical application and review skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have

  • Process improvement methodology certification
  • Knowledge of OS operating system desirable
  • Passion for innovative designs and processes
  • Experience in manufacturing 
  • Expertise in BIM software
