Responsibilities
- Take the lead in prospecting and generating high-quality leads
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Take ownership of your targets and consistently achieve results.
- Qualify customer needs and lead them to the negotiation process
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Participate in company meetings & events
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
- About 50% travel time
Must Have
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Service & goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong account management skills to effectively manage customer relationships
- Ability to meet us where we are in terms of energy, teamwork, and continuous learning
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Experience with real estate or large product sales
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales
- Familiarity with CRM software
